FLARE (FLR) Wallet

Flare (FLR) is a Layer 1 blockchain that provides decentralized access to high-integrity data, enabling developers to build interoperable applications. Its native interoperability protocols, the State Connector and the Flare Time Series Oracle, enable highly-decentralized price and data feeds without relying on centralized providers.

Flare's unique approach to data infrastructure is natively built into the blockchain, which is secured by a large number of independent data providers. The network incentivizes sets of independent providers to query, acquire, and process data without relying on single, centralized sources, enabling a broad range of potential innovative use cases.

The FLR token is used for payments, transaction fees, staking in validator nodes, and governance activities. Flare's public token distribution event began in January 2023 and will continue for 36 monthly installments, providing a total of 28,524,921,372 FLR to the community.
